1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using itunesgiftcardbd.com ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. iTunes Gift Card BD is an independent digital gift card reseller and is not affiliated with Apple Inc.

2. Products & Services

We sell digital Apple iTunes Gift Card codes for various regions (USA, UK, Canada, India, Australia, etc.). All cards are sourced from authorized distributors and are 100% genuine. Codes are delivered digitally to your email address — no physical delivery is involved.

3. Order Process & Payment

  • Payment must be made via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket before order fulfillment.
  • Your gift card code will be delivered to your provided email address within 1–15 minutes after payment verification during support hours (6:00 AM – 11:00 PM Bangladesh Time).
  • Orders placed outside support hours will be processed the next morning.
  • Payment transaction IDs must be accurate. Invalid or fraudulent transaction IDs will result in order cancellation.

4. Refund & Replacement Policy

  • No refunds will be issued once a gift card code has been successfully delivered and confirmed.
  • If the delivered code does not work, we will replace it with a working code at no extra charge, provided you contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • If we are unable to deliver your code within 10 hours of payment verification, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are not available for codes that have been redeemed or partially used.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our service for fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purposes
  • Resell purchased codes without written permission
  • Submit false payment information
  • Attempt to exploit vulnerabilities in our website or payment systems
  • Purchase cards for the purpose of money laundering or other financial crimes

Violation of these terms may result in order cancellation, account suspension, and reporting to relevant authorities.

6. Intellectual Property

iTunes Gift Card BD is an independent reseller. "iTunes", "Apple", "App Store", and related trademarks are property of Apple Inc. We make no claim of partnership or official relationship with Apple Inc.

7. Limitation of Liability

iTunes Gift Card BD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our service. Our maximum liability in any case is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Chattogram, Bangladesh.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
